We have only eaten here once. We went after 5 pm I had a chicken Caesar salad that was great. My girlfriend had 2 dollar quesadillas. You can't beat that. And she had fries and a side salad. It seemed like we had two servers. Everything was great Except, freezing in there. Better take a jacket with you. I can handle cold. And it pretty cool in there to me. I never got to go there again, because we have talked to a bunch of our friends and they all said the same thing, FREEZING in there. And I did have to wait quite a while to pay so we could leave. There was a line of people waiting to pay. Could have just been a new cashier.

It was ok. Service was very slow. Now I know they were very busy but to act like your just there collecting a pay check didn't sit well with me or the wife. And other customers around us were saying the same thing. Now the food was good. I really Loved that they had Peanut butter maple syrup!!!! Very tasty.....

Not terrible. Our food was decent and service was polite. There's a lot of reviews here that knock this place in the dirt. It was a bit loud but that's to be expected with sugar laden delights on pancakes. The only thing I didn't like was having to go up front to pay instead of having the server do the checkout honors. This is a place I personally wouldn't go but it fits for a chain place when you need convince. The location is obviously what keeps this restaurant open.

The staff is good. When I got the food it was cold. but the waitress spoke with the manager and we got 10% off the bill. I would go again.

Horrible service...the waitress we had had no idea how to make oatmeal....took 30 minutes and 3 people to make one bowl of oatmeal....all of our food was wrong in some shape, form, or fashion....it was completely ridiculous....the only person there who had any sense was the manager....we went 2 separate times cuz the hotel is next door...the service was horrible both times....will not be going back to this particular establishment

Went this morning with my family to have breakfast my eggs wasn't done as I ask for well done. They brought runny eggs. My hubby pancake was over cook and hard. We all didn't enjoy our breakfast worst $38 spends

My spouse who frequents and loves IHOP back home went here last night and said it was the worst he ever had. How can you mess up pancakes, eggs, and bacon. We won't be back.

Meh is the best way to describe this. Service was just so/so and the food just OK. The pancakes seemed smaller than last time we were here and the hash browns came from a pan under a warming lamp, they are not made to order. Would not go out of our way to eat here, but it is OK if you are looking for breakfast at an off hour.

we took my wife's mother to the restaurant for her 92 nod birthday. After a short wait, we were seated. We ordered breakfast and the eggs (which were ordered medium well) were very undercooked. The other items we ordered were COLD! We had to ask for utensils and butter. The meal cost over $28 for the three of us. The host apologized and suggested that I fill out the survey ( which I did). After 6 days, I assume that I will not here from them. We will not go back.

Poor service had to ask for our sever after being here for 10 - 15 mins waiting to be asked for our drinks. Bathrooms were not kept well. The other side of the restaurant was uncomfortably hot and not cool.

EXPENSIVE?? well it isn't free. Prices are like you would find at any iHOP 6 groups walked in at the same time. The hostess went into combat mode and had us all seated in less than 5 minutes. Our server was way busy and had our order taken and drinks in about 7 minutes. That's perfect if its packed busy. The food was great as usual. in and out fairly quick, these guys have it together. But n the off change they miss a beat one day... Don't freak out, it's Panama City Beach, Kick back relax enjoy..

Good for pancakes, but everything else can be found at other breakfast places for cheaper and tastier. IHOP is normally very busy, and you can expect to wait on the weekends at almost any point before the late afternoon. Obviously, some people like IHOP a lot more than I do, but when you can get delicious breakfast food at local greasy spoons like Coram's and Flap Jacks or slightly more upscale fare at the newer Bob Evans across the street, why bother with IHOP? I wouldn't, unless you are going for one of their all-you-can-eat pancake specials and REALLY love pancakes. I notice there are listings for two locations, with the same address, just West and East. There is, at present, only the one IHOP in Panama City and it is located right at the end of 23rd Street where it meets U.S. Highway 231.

Square hashbrowns? Oh Ihop, what have you done? They are greasy and mushy in the middle. Your eggs were disgusting, your service was a bit bitchy, but your pancakes are still amazing. Let's try this again in another town at another awkward family function.
